I struggle between spending too much time on SP, but when I do spend a great deal of time I tend to stay on track much better. emoticon

    Don't feel guilty about the amount of time you spend on the Spark. I was on facebook and it was just mindless time I was wasting. But coming to the Spark I am learning new things that I need for me. As you say it keeps you on track and it also keeps me on track. Without it I am all over the place.
As the weather gets warmer, I spend more time outside and less time here but when I am here I am paying attention which is a good thing.
As long as being here is helping you think of it as a tool that will get you to where you want to be. In time you will spend more time away but for right now seems it is helping you then think of it as a good thing you are doing for you. emoticon

    I've almost ditched FB for SP...and it's a great change. If I'm going to spend time on the computer, I should be learning things about exercise and nutrition and investing that time into my healthy future!

    I rejoined Spark after a whole winter of many hours everyday on Facebook and gaining 40 pounds. I left Facebook and realized I spend as much time here on Spark, BUT, the difference is I am doing things that are informative and involve me getting to better health! emoticon
