When I get a sweet craving like for Ice Cream I use any kind of frozen fruit my favorite is frozen dark cherries (1 cup) put into narrow small bowl. Pour a 4oz thing of yogurt over the top my favorite is Vanilla. And stir so the yogurt is covering all areas of the frozen fruit. The yogurt will solidify around the fruit and then eat. It feels like you are eating Ice Cream, the Fruit and Yogurt combo fills your sweet tooth and it's healthy. Depending on the kind of fruit around 150 calories

    That sounds wonderful! I have also heard of using frozen banana, a little cinnamon & a few almonds & blend.
