Cut back on your sugar especially white sugar. Avoid it as much as possible it is not good for your heart and liver. Once you must have sugar use brown sugar and very little. I do not use sugar in my hot milk, cold milk, hot tea or hot coffee. Also cut back on your sweet tooth cakes which consist of sugar.
I use a goodd, old cup of hot tea before and after all meals and snacks. I drink mostly all herbal teas so not to have all that caffine. Once in a while I drink black with milk. Let your meal settle for 20-30 mins. No sugars or milk. Decaf green is so good. I blend it with my non-green ones.106
