When the boredom hunger and snack urges strike at night I brush my teeth, the mint helps get your mind off the food. I don't want to mess up my clean teeth either!

I carry a travel toothbrush and toothpaste in my bag during the day so I can use the same technique if I need to.

    Just make sure you are using a Soft toothbrush and don't use too much pressure when you brush and you should be ok!

    I agree with you and a bit of what drake said but what i do is dont rinse as well so i can still taste the toothpaste and i think that works better :)

    You can brush your teeth to much. It can be bad for your enamel.
