Bring All Your Lunches On Monday




I spend every Saturday or Sunday in the kitchen, preparing healthy meals to see me through the week. On Monday, I bring FIVE servings of healthy meals to work and put them in the fridge (or freezer, as needed). For the rest of the week it's one less thing to worry about in the morning!

More Information:

I like to bring soups or stews that combine vegetables and proteins, or vegetable curries on brown rice, or homemade veggie burger patties with grilled or roasted vegetables.
