I put off going to Zumba for about 6 months because I was nervous about going alone. Yesterday I just said to heck with it, and I went for the first time. After the AWESOME time I had, I vowed to make this a regular cardio activity. Don't be nervous to try new things. That new thing might be something you absolutely love.

If I am not trying new exercises, new planting items in my garden, changing something in the house and now I am trying all different ways of cooking, baking and whatever. Tomorrow I am going to try and make my ravioli from scratch, noodles and all. I don't have a machine but I have 2 hands and a rolling pin. Life is an adventure and every day should be a new one. I try and do something different and learn something new every day to widen my circle of life and knowledge. 252
Just like trying a new food each week, why not try a new exercise each week. Maybe by trying something new, we might find something we otherwise never thought we would enjoy. Also, trying something new shakes up our metabolism & gets it moving again. Try it you might like it!!
