Go to bed early as you can. My boyfriend loves to eat and snack at night, and I find myself eating more than he does! The longer you stay awake, the more tempting it is to snack on useless junk. Go to bed before 11pm if possible. Beauty sleep isn't just for your face, but for your body too =).
