I used to have a heck of a time getting my driver's license out of that little plastic covered compartment in my wallet, until I did this... I took a piece of scotch tape about an inch long and pressed the tip of it to the front side of my license, then folded it over and pressed the other tip to the back side of my license, and pressed it together. Now I have a "tab" that sticks out of the wallet compartment and I can easily grab it and pull my license out when needed. Works like a charm!

I used "Pin as tab" in Firefox 4 to fix my daily nutrition tracker page. This way, my nutrition tracker is always there one click away when Firefox opens up. It is less time to add food, and I am more likely to track. ("Pin as tab" is also useful for gmail and facebook.)21617

By clicking links (mostly anything underlined) with the mouse button on the right and choose "open link in new tab" allows you to stay where you are and go to the link too. The new link will be open in another tab and you can click between tabs. (tabs are at top of your browser)
I like to right click on stuff (ie. blogs I want to comment on) and go back after I'm finished earning points. You can have many tabs open at once.
My best friend who is a track and cross country runner told me about doing the Lying Abduction (or Adduction) exercise while you read. But you can do it while watching TV as well. I love doing this because then I feel more time-efficient!
