Learn to breath. When you wake up in the morning, take a big cleansing breath. When you leave the house, stop and take a deep breath. Before you enter work or begin your next chore, stop and take a big cleansing breath. Our body needs oxygen and we don't take the time to nourish it. Just Breath!

I do this driving to work: hold steering wheel at 10 and 2 o'clock, take a deep breath, then on the exhale, grip the wheel, tense upper body, and flex you butt and legs count to 3 release and breath in deeply, pause-relax, normal breaths. Repeat 10 x, rest and do 10 more.
be sure to do this slowly and rest between so you do not hyperventelate
We all get stressed and need to breath. Best way to do that is think of your Happy Place....Literally. We all have one place we love and are always happy at. Get a picture of that place and put it where you will need it the most, like desktop of your work computer. Then when you need that moment to breath, look at your happy place, take a deep breath, and you will feel much better. 280
