I successfully maintained a 50 lb weight loss using spark people for 2 years & I was dedicated at logging my food every day. Especially the bad days. I quit logging this fall and I've regained 10 I'm back at it again. You can seriously stop yourself before getting out of hand if you track. You also realize it is possible to eat within all of your ranges. Be honest with yourself, track & you will see results. Honesty with yourself & consistency are key!
