I find that both positive and negative inspiration has helped me. I have pictures of healthy people I admire at work and one picture of me at my heaviest weight. It reminds me of where I have been and where I want to go. I also keep a picture of myself in my wallet to pull out if I need a reminder.
The positive reinforces, the negative keeps me on track. It really works for me!
