    That is so true! I was SOOO grumpy today. I have not exercised in 2 days and was able to go for a great walk tonight. My mood is so much improved!!

    Exercise is a chore for me at this point. I just started back to SP last week with over 100 to lose. My knees hurt, but I have been pushing to get 15 minutes in 5 out of 7 days even if I do it in 2 or 3 sessions. I want to be healthier and thinner.

    This is so simple and so true. I actually look forward to my kickboxing, Zumba, yoga, belly dance & spinning classes! I seriously hate it when I can't make one of my classes!
