Focus On What You Should Eat, Not What You Shouldn'T

Celebrate healthy food, don't lament the bad stuff.

Making healthy eating a lifestyle means learning to love your new way of eating. It helps to focus on what you should eat, not what you shouldn't. Do think about how you will get more veggies and fruits. Do think about how you can add protein. Don't think "If only I could have an extra value meal."

I find if I focus on my bad choices it is harder to get back on track. So when I eat the good stuff I congratulate myself on the good choice. I truly believe this is what makes the lifestyle change successful.

Hey this is very good because ultimately if you continue to dwell on what you cannot have eventually you will find a way to have it...Focus on how good you feel when you are not eating sugar and food that have absolutely no nutritional value and you will see that waist line quickly shrinking... emoticon
