Being a mother, it is hard to find time to exercise. So when the weather is nice, I like to jump on the trampoline with my kids. It is a great workout and I get to spend time with my kids which is a double bonus!

Whenever it's a beautiful day, I make sure to get the children out for a walk - I set myself a goal and ensure that I do at least a mile wtih the kiddos, then I take them back home to grandma or daddy and let them cool down while I really ramp up the rest of my miles. Another option for getting in extra calorie burn is to hop on the trampoline with them, we like to chase each other around the circle are of the trampoline and jumping burns quite a few calories then I do my planned workout too30
I recently discovered that I usually eat high fat sugary foods when I'm stressed out. I needed to change my game plan. I bought a mini trampoline. Now I bounce instead of eating a bag of chips. My study breaks are now trampoline breaks, instead of binge opportunities.334
Last Jan. I bought a little trampoline to jump on and started "jumping" every night for 30 to 40 minutes. Sometimes, I am not home and don't have my trampoline so I put my ipod on and walk or "jog" in place to the music. I've lost 22 lbs. I do 20 min. now usually
The main thing is to be consistent. If you can't do 20 min. , just do 10 and enjoy the movement. I swing my arms too for aerobic exercise and I feel so good after I'm done!
