Secrets of Success

Walk While You Wait

My feet were moving while my vehicle received 4 new tires. I didn't sit and wait the hour in front of a TV in a waiting room. Previous times I brought a book, this time I brought my dog and we walked nearly 4 miles during the hour appointment.

More Information:

Dress for the weather - mittens, hat, thermals, headband. Bringing a canine pal along for safety in unknown neighborhoods. GPS comes in handy so you don't get lost. A pedometer to measure your distance.
