I load my diet with lots of fresh and frozen fruits/vegetables. I do not eat bread. Any grains are minimally processed, like wild rice or barley. Keeps me feeling satisfied; which is great. Nobody likes to feel hungry! emoticon

If you are eating vegetables, eat as much as you want; providing you aren't adding high calorie toppings.
