I walk to work and if I am ordering out on my lunch break I walk there too (ie subway, kampdog). Then I walk home from work. Plus Im carrying my backpack full of my work clothes, shoes, and makeup to change when I get to work (extra calories burned!) :)
This is so helpful because I hate exercising and get bored quickly. The weather is getting nicer and there is a lot of great senery ( I live on the shore) The fresh air motivates me even more. My mornig walks to work are my favorite because I just spend time with the Lord on my way.
