Mayo Substitution

When making tuna you can substitute half the mayo with twice the amount of reduced fat sour cream. Taste great and no extra calories.

My tuna has one tablespoon mayo and two tablespoons of the sour cream. Moist and tasty.

Can't wait to see how this works with potato salad.

I've tried it, tastes like baked potato.

I have been doing this to, but lately I love potato salad with roasted potatoes and mustard dressing, and roasted peppers, some onions and brocoli ...yum...
