I found the key to exercise to be slim lies in the difference between aerobic and anaerobic exercise. Aerobic means with oxigen, while anaerobic means without oxigen. A sign you are exercising aerobically is you can talk fluently while exercising, and your heart rate are quite far below the maximum heart rate (180-age)
