  • Okay so you slipped 10 pounds,do not say what the use & feel so lost you end up gaining 10 more to give you a total of 20. Then you will really feel miserable. stay focused on what you can do to change this, start working out again, measure your portions, read the articles in sparks.When I go out to a restaurant I would panic, because I did not know how to handle the food, now I can go & it is a challenge how I am going to eat & walk out of that restaurant feeling good that I made good choices.   • Oh my gosh, I had that happen with 5 pounds, but it actually motivated me when I started being good again and finally beat the hurdle I had been dancing with for WEEKS.   • "Just keep swimming" I'm in the same boat and am having a hard time getting back into working out regularly. I walked yesterday after only a week of nothing, and it was tough, but I walked! Usually once I start walking again I keep going. Every once and a while I fall off track. Don't give up. I gained 10 lb back too :( emoticon - by ATORRES381
