Shrimp are low in calories and fat with lots of B-12 vitamins. 4 ounces of shrimp are aound 110 calories. SAid to be high in cholesterol, so eat in moderation. Mix with brocolli and 2 ounces of pasta, olive oil & garlic you have a great stir fry. Easy and Fast! Or have a shrimp cocktail!
