This keeps me organized! To track my water, I got a water bottle that holds 2 c. of water. I put 4 hair elastics around the bottle. Everytime I refill the water bottle I slip off an elastic. When the elastics are gone, and the bottle is empty, I know I am done!!

I would always forget how many times I had refilled my bottle, it also saves on using plastic water bottles!!

Yours is a good idea. I bought a plastic bottle that holds 4 cups, means only need to empty it & refill it one time each day. Yes, it does fit in the cup holders in the car so I can take it with me.

Great IDEA. Especially if I'm on the run. When I'm home I don't have that big of an issue.

I always draw marker lines on my bottle, then I forget if I wrote my last 8oz or not. By removing one of eight bands I will always be sure, because my count will be set in advance. Thanks!

I really hate to exercise, it would cause so much pain. I needed to build up the muscles! So I started water jogging. Same benefits, much more fun, and no pain. You'll feel like noodle when you get out of the water though ;)

I don't know about anyone else, but I forget how many cups of water I've had to drink because I drink from a water bottle...try putting 8 rubber bands around the bottle (if it's an 8oz bottle) and remove one each time you finish a full bottle & have to fill it back up.
