Popcorn is one of my favorite snacks and it is my go-to for after dinner when I get the munchies. I have an air popper and it makes 5 cups. That is only 125 calories, but I will split it with my boyfriend and add spritzes of I cant believe its not butter spray with a little salt or use a Molly Mc Butter low-calorie seasonings (cheddar is my favorite). I also only eat it one piece at a time instead of shoveling it into my mouth.

If you're like me... you love snacking in front of the TV!!! But this mindless eating can be a huge problem. So, buy an Orville Redenbacker's Air-Popped Popcorn machine, some whole popcorn kernels, and then you can have a HUGE bowl of air-popped popcorn to snack on for about 150 calories! And tons better for you than bag or movie theater popcorn. Popcorn seasonings are great too, just watch the sodium content.
I love popcorn. It's one of my favorite foods. Popcorn itself is a perfectly fine food to eat, but when it is loaded down with all the "fixins" then it becomes dangerous. I always air-pop my popcorn, but the seasoning just won't stick at all. So I started spraying a little olive oil on it after it's popped and then the seasoning will stick. Try a variety of seasonings for a change.
