Yayyyyyyyyyyyy Diva,
I really do know the feeling.......I've gotten into clothes recently that i haven't worn in at least 5 years and the killing part about it is they aren't even out of style yet..... lmbo........I thought I would never wear them again.......
And, I wore the outfit (mini skirt, mock turtle neck) to meet my guy and I had all eyes at the airport on me.......what a wonderful feeling that was.........
Keep it up and from one Diva to another......"keep it movin.... keep it movin"

I think keeping clothes that are to small, are the best way to keep you on track with your weight loss goal. Every week or two revisited something that is to small and watch how it will become to big.

Eating at Holidays
When it's a big holiday (or a personal holiday that means a lot), and it entails a big meal, wear some of your tightest pants during the meal. It reminds you not to overeat.
To limit holiday eating, wear tight pants (preferably jeans). You look thinner so people comment on that, reminding you why you shouldn't eat much. Your stomach doesn't have as much space to expand, so you don't eat too much. And the snug fit reminds you why you aren't eating as much. Simple!
Don't forget to itemize your donated clothes. Since I have began loosing weight I found I had many outfits that do not fit. I am getting rid of them. In the past I just stored them not realizing I was putting out to the Universe "I will be fat again." ...This time the ones that were large were donated even the nice stuff. In addition, I got rid of many of the baggy, comfy ones. Now, when I do my taxes next year the deduction will be nice!
MORE INFORMATION:
I am finding it is best to wear slightly tight pants and keep that belly in! Core work at all times. PS You can sell them in a yard sale if you don't itemize!3
