Weigh In



I weigh myself weekly. If I weigh myself and there is no change in my weight I wait a couple days and weigh myself again. I only record my weight when it has gone down, that way I don't get too distracted by the 'short term' progress and only focus on how well I've been doing in the long run! If you stick to a healthy diet and exercise you WILL see the result in the long run!

  • forget the scale and use your small clothing to track your weight loss or a measuring tape. your lost could be in inches not in pounds. - by JCORN584
