Take out freezer containers & put half a cup of oatmeal, a hand full of frozen blueberries or sliced strawbverries, some flax seed, a sprinkle of cinnamon and freeze them. When you want this breafast just add a cup of water and put into the microwave.

No Time for Breakfast? Here is a quick, portable & delicious idea!
I always have a quick breakfast ready when time is short. Individual containers of plain Greek yogurt, 1/3 cup of low-fat, high-fiber cereal in a snack size zip bag as well as a sm size serving of berries in a snack size zip bag when mixed together make a portable, delicious & easy breakfast.
This makes for a fast and easy breakfast. The egg cooks up so that it can fit on an English Muffin (or a Whole Wheat Sandwich Thin.) Scramble up an egg, or egg whites - add in toppings like ham, cheese, spinach, onions, mushrooms, peppers etc and you have a yummy breakfast sandwich!
Much cheaper and healthier than the other fast food breakfasts out there! You don't have to put it on bread, it can make a nice little omelet too. I bought mine at Wal-Mart, it's made by Nordic Ware. Excellent quality and does a great job!
