Take out freezer containers & put half a cup of oatmeal, a hand full of frozen blueberries or sliced strawbverries, some flax seed, a sprinkle of cinnamon and freeze them. When you want this breafast just add a cup of water and put into the microwave.

    toast with something on it (banana, almond butter, hazelnut spread, cheese)

    I cook extra vegetables so I can microwave them for breakfast with whatever kind of left over meat. I put them in a microwave container so I just pop it in, heat, eat and go
