I got this Idea when I started my weight loss diet.I couldn't resist my sweet tooth. I loved chocolate.I didn't want to go on crash diet, hence I took out my Snicker chocolate from the fridge and had a bite of it with my 4 meals.Hence I had my full chocolate eaten in a day, with my diet and exercise.
Amazing thing is that, Snicker is the chocolate which has LESS calories, as compared to Kit Kat or Bounty.

I will always want chocolate, and it's so unhealthy! I treat myself to chocolate every day without going over 100 calories. Take a sugar-free chocolate jell-o pudding cup, which is 60 calories. Dump it into a bowl with 3 tbsp LIGHT whipped cream and mix. Chocolate mousse! And not quite 100 calories!
Just one little piece of dark chocolate (more than 70% cacao) eaten slowly so as to let it melt completely in my mouth will completely curb my morning and afternoon snack desires. So I eat my carrots or cheese stick and follow it with chocolate and I'm full and satiated and happy. Plus one piece of dark chocolate a day is beneficial in stroke prevention and high blood pressure.
