Every week I change my days off if I can, so that my body does not get used to the same routine. I also switch up my activities. So, although I train for a 5k, I'm not always running at the gym. I don't always do the same DVD. Once I can finish a DVD without hurting too much, I move to a different style (toning, or abs, or dance, etc.)

I don't get bored. My body doesn't get used to exercise, and I work towards avoiding the plateau

    thats good you do that, that will keep your body from getting used to what your doing.
