When I bring home veggies from the store, I wash them, cut them up or slice them, put them in baggies and put them in the fridge. Then when I want a quick snack, everything is ready and a lot more accessible.

I do this too!! Its also a good way to make sure you put them in lunch. Its all cut and bagged. Just grab it n run!

I plan my meals, I plan on 1 - 2 servings of fruit and veggies with each small meal. I eat 4 - 6 small meals a day. Everyday without fail I am eating my produce. I also have veggies ready for a snack on the go.
