I love open-face egg white bagel thin sandwiches for breakfast but I don't like the taste of FF Mayo. So I buy fresh avocados, slice off about 1/8th of a small fruit, mash with salt, pepper and dijon mustard and spread on half a toasted bagel thin. Intense flavor with less calories & healthier fat

For air-popped popcorn, instead of salt and tons of butter, I use Mrs. Dash Table Blend and a table spoon or so of heart healthy spread, melted. Put the popcorn in a storage bag, shake in some Mrs. Dash and the "butter" and shake it until it's all blended. Yummy and still healthy!
I have used "I Can't Believe it's Not Butter Light" but other healthy spreads would probably work, or a light buttery spray, too.
Mix butter with olive oil to create a healthier spread. I take a stick of butter and then let it soften. slowly mix in same amount of olive oil, using a fork. I do not know whose idea this was originally. But it is heart- healthier than butter ..and cheaper than those expensive butter subsitutes.
I store this in the refridgerator. It spreads easily on your toast. I like the taste, but I do like the taste of olive oil. Some people don't like that strong taste. Another benefit is lower sodium than salted butter.
