I spoke with a woman who had lost weight & maintained for 30 years. She told me her secret was 5 pounds! Her goal was 115 so she lost down to 110. She then has 5 pounds to work with. If she gains a couple of pounds, she doesn't get concerned. When she gains 5, she works to lose that 5 by eating healthier then she had been. She's been successful doing this for 30 years!

There are a few things I ALWAYS do... 1. I always keep my water bottle near me 2. I keep fresh fruit and vegetables in the house all the time 3.
