I love burritos, but they can pack on calories quickly because of the calorie dense tortilla. To make it more balanced, I use a small tortilla (81 calories) and pile fresh spinach, black beans, grilled bell peppers a little shredded cheese etc on top. I then eat it with a knife and fork. Since I'm not trying to wrap the tortilla around everything, I can fill up on healthy veggies with a lot less tortilla.

Turn all of your clothes hangers so the open part faces out. Then as you put away clean clothes after wearing, turn the hangers so the open part faces the back of the closet. By changing the direction of the hangers you can easily see what you've worn and every few months clear out unworn clothes.
