Give yourself credit where credit is due! I have decided that giving myself rewards for "small" successes is important! I may not have a lot of money, but if it means spending a little more money to treat myself to new workout gear, gadgets, supplements, or DVDs I am worth it! I can cut out a coffee here or there if my reward is something wonderful! (especially if it will get me even closer to my goals, because we deserve it! HECK WE EARNED IT!!!)

I am a huge coffee fan myself. I used to manage a coffee shop as well when I was younger. I have a cup at home in the morning, (sometimes buy one on the way to work), and buy one when I have class at night. However, if it means that I occasionally cut back to buy some new gear? I will do it. A TurboFire series? $115 average...Avg cost of a lg turbo coffee $3.27/ea. $115/$3.27 =35.17...Just over a month. Ok, so go one month with taking coffee to work and skip the turbo coffee to buy the TURBOFIRE! Then go ahead and purchase your coffee again! One month of sacrifice to get what you want. By then you may not even need to make your daily trips because you have made a habit! Good luck!!!

I liked your comment about rewarding yourself, with work out gear, gadgets etc. I drink alot of coffee and plan n slowly cutting down...Dont want headaches and I it. But I really think that I can start saving the money I would normally spend on coffee and get myself so equipment like a step counter and some dumbb bells...Thanks
