Make yourself a big bowl full of healthy treats such as flavored water packets, sugar free candy, Special K snacks, Weight Watchers snacks, 100 Calorie snacks, and Full Bars. Keep whatever you put in it around the 100 calorie range. You can have 1 treat out of it 3 times a day!!

Make sure the bowl is BIG and Pretty, use it as a centerpiece on your kitchen table or counter. I use a big basket and have ribbon wrapped around it!
I eat sugar free candy when I get those 3:00 in the afternoon and after dinner cravings. It has helped me to not have to give up what I like and still allows me stick to my calories and carb levels that I have set for myself.
