    I wonder if microwaving has the same effect. I often take half a sweet potato with me on night shift, nuke it, add a bit of low fat cheese and salsa or spinach. Filling, easy and nutritious. - by MIMMYH

  • I used to think sweet potatoes were "bad" because they were a carb. I have since learned the wonderful nutrients in them and I find that I eat one every day or every other day! emoticon - by JUDYANN70
