and I'm finding it easier to accept that I will have some bad days (for me when I'm overtired and stressed I tend not to exercise and eat for energy), but I can put them behind me more easily and get right back on track. I used to be an "all or nothing" sort of person; now I'm learning to forgive myself and accept the fact that I may not be perfect every day, but I'm a heck of a lot better than I used to be!

Forgiving yourself is an important component of staying positive! emoticon

    OMG! This is soooo TRUE!!! I definitely get into this rut, especially when exam season is around and I'm super stressed out with school. Thank you so much for posting this! =)
