I use to not eat breakfast, even when working out, then one day I went out with my family for a healthy breakfast before my work out, and was able to go twice as long as usual. I now eat a healthy breakfast every morning.

MORE INFORMATION:
Multi grain cherios and a hard boiled egg, have been my breakfast of choice latly.

    I'm sitting here at my computer and I'm hungry. Thanks for the incentive to get up and get my Kashi Honey Almond Flax cereal, frozen blueberries and milk.

I have pulmonary rehab this afternoon so need lots of pep to do my treadmill and NuStep workouts! emoticon Susan
