I use to not eat breakfast, even when working out, then one day I went out with my family for a healthy breakfast before my work out, and was able to go twice as long as usual. I now eat a healthy breakfast every morning.
Multi grain cherios and a hard boiled egg, have been my breakfast of choice latly.

A lot of people skip breakfast because they say they dont have much time....and if they do eat something sometimes people will reach for a cereal bar or a pop tart. If you have 1 minute, I can tell you how to make a low cal/low fat breakfast sandwich.
Crack Egg on saucer plate & poke the yolk with a fork. Microwave egg for 25secs. Take the fork -cut & mix egg up. Microwave 30secs more. Put on a flatbread round and add fatfree cheese and Canadian bacon...add some tomato or other veggie if you wish. scrub plate with scru pad & cold water 2 clean
