On days I am ravenous I make cabbage soup. I can eat a cup every hour or two without increasing my calories. I feel full all day. Counts as 1 vegetable serving.
Recipe: 2 cups fat free chicken broth, half head of chopped cabbage, 1 tsp Bragg's amino acids, and sugar free seasonings. To boost my metabolism I add 1 T of Bragg's apple cider vinegar per soup cup. Add 3.5 oz of chicken to make it lunch.
