The thing that has motivated me the most is having the sparkpeople app on my phone. I log my calories, water, and exercise through the app. Also if I need to I can login to the site. I know that no matter where I am I can check foods, calories and stay motivated all day and night.
I downloaded the Blackberry Sparkpeople app and it helps me a TON, whether I'm on the stationary bike or in a restaurant looking up calories. I can't say enough just how much the phone app helps me!250
"Restaurants" is the name of the app & it is awesome! It's got a huge list of restaurants with almost all of their menu options and calories, fat, the works! It makes choosing better options that much easier when you can't eat the way you'd like to! Not to mention it makes tracking your food in the Sparkpeople app a cinch! Put them next to each other on your home screen & you'll be rocking and rolling.
