The green smoothy contains celery, spinach, lemon, apple,ginger, parsely, watercress, strawberriesand optional pomegranite.

    I love my green smoothies. I have tons of recipes and I agree they are filling. I use them on weekends and drink a pitcher throughout the day. It helps when I'm home near the kitchen and cooking for the week. I'm full and satisfied so no snacking. :)
