During a discussion about an office potluck I suggested that since everyone is either counting points or calories, why not make the potlucks more "calorie" friendly. It worked. We've had 2 healthy ones since!

Need a little help passing up on the candy jar or left over deli sandwiches from the big bosses meeting? Think of the candy jar as a 'cootie' jar. Think of what the other people in your office had on their hands when they reached for a snack. Did they wash their hands after wiping their nose or going to the bathroom? Did they sneeze all over that potato salad when no one was looking?
Do you want to have a little restraint at the pot luck? Have you seen so-and-so's desk? How do you think her kitchen looks? Are you sure you want to eat what she brought to the pot luck?

I set my phone/alarm by my light switch. When my alarm goes off, I turn the light on and fan off. Then I lay back in bed while I stretch and allow my body to wake up. I've made it to all my morning workouts and this routine hasn't failed me. 334 Good LUCK!
I learned that when you are not only dieting but going through life, stress can always bring you down. You may feel like you cannot continue with something or feel that life or anything is not worth it because it is "too hard." I always remember the quote: "God will never give you anything you cannot handle, so don't stress." It gets me through a lot!!!!
