At the beginning, I started with walking to the road with my sis (I was really out of shape) the next day I walked a bit farther... as I got stronger, I added time to my walk... 6 months later, I was going for hour long walks!

Or start off by dancing to music in your living room! Get your heart pumping! Pace yourself!

    Such a simple secret but one that needs to be shared AND USED.
Adding a little more each time you are stronger is so doable.

    Agree with the dancing in the livingroom! If a good song comes on the radio I crank up the volume and my kids and I have a spontaneous dance party in the kitchen...great exercise and super fun too!!
