To satisfy my craving for sweets and chocolate and get the fiber I need, I have one Fiber One Chewy bar (my favorite is the oats & chocolate) as my snack at night with 1 cup of fat-free milk and i'm good for the night.
I add this on my tracking in the morning so I make sure it fits within my calorie intake. Sometimes I substitute Quakers Chewy Granola Bars for the Fiber one bars when I need less fiber after tracking all my other foods.
With candy like taffies (ie Tootsie Rolls, Bit-O-Honey, LaffyTaffy, etc), instead of chewing them, I like to let them just melt in my mouth. It takes a while for them to dissolve, and I get the most out of that one sweet piece, instead of 3 or 4. This works for toffees, chocolates - pretty much any candy you like. 252

My new favorite treat. I feel like I am having a naughty candy bar, while instead I am getting lots of fiber and a great between meal snack. They are so rich and decadent tasting. I make it my sweet reward after a long, hard workout at the gym !! :)
