Roasted Cauliflower

place flowerets on baking pan spray with olive oil or toss with it , sprinkle with small amount of coarse sea salt and bake of 350 till brown. Turn once. I have had cauliflower haters turn to lovers when this vegetable is roasted. P.S.
I use leftovers in my scrambled egg, although there are rarely leftovers.

    As soon as I read this I knew I had to try it .I have a whole head & only did 4 pieces to try it .WOW what a great taste, the only regret I did not do the whole head Thank you so much any one out there reading this get baking it

    I have always enjoyed raw cauliflower, but not cooked. I tried roasted cauliflower (similar recipe) a few months ago and I LOVE IT!
