Look at when you are eating and see if you can change something to make it difficult to eat at that time - sign up for a class, plan to call a friend, etc. -- anything that forces you to stay away from eating opportunities during your vulnerable times.

    My habit to change: we have a morning meeting in mcdonald's and I usually have something to I will bring my own food to eat! No more mcdonald's! One habit to work on this week! Thanks for the good idea! I can't change the meeting, but I can change what I eat!
