I put my food into the tracker before I eat it and check to make sure I have not gone over my limits. If it will put me over what I am supposed to have, I choose something else. emoticon

    Totally! And if I plan and track my meals for the day, I tend to find myself less 'obsessed' about what I'm going to eat for lunch/dinner/etc over the day.

    This has truely worked for me. This helps me not to go over my calories or eat to much sodium.
