Exercise going well. BUT... Struggling to stick to healthy eating, Monday after a Zumba class I drove to the store and bought the things needed to stick to my nutrition plan on SparkPeople. This week, it has been easy to stick with the plan because I have everything I need here in my home. Mid-week I realized another smart thing to add to this is to check the night before to see what I would be eating and then prepping what I can ahead. Success this week, I am starting to lose some weight.

A boost for successful weight loss can be accomplished by preparing your meals for the week. Outline on your foodtracker your whole weeks worth of meals. Include your cheats as well as they can be mini goals you get yourself to for rewards. Make sure to plan ahead for each and every meal and shop for the week not for the day leaves it to open to randomly cheat here and there.
Keep a coupon organizer, & on double coupon day @ your store shop for the week. Early in the morning is the best time. BOGO items w/ coupons that double really save you money. I have saved almost the same amount I spent in 1 trip before.
