When you are in a stall dont change to many things at one time. Make one change and stick with it for at least two weeks before you change something else. This gives your body time to adjust and maybe start dropping. If you change to much at one time you wont know what it was that got you to start dropping the weight again.
Pennies, nickels, and dimes add up rather quickly. Every evening I put all of my change in an old 1-gallon water jug. As a plus, since I don't have a lot change in my wallet I don't have coins to feed the vending machine 30
I generally get a couple of hundred dollars when I empty the jug.
I carry a spare change container in my car. When I shop I take it in the store with me. Rather then pay for things just with just bills, I use the change so Instead of collecting pennies, dimes and nickels I use them.
