    My husband and I like to compete to see who gets the most points in a day. We discuss articles that we read, share recipes and health tips. So, in a way, we are doubling the information we get as we try not to read the same things!

    I'm glad this works for you. For myself, I prefer to concentrate on getting those 24 points for cardio.
