It's awesome stuff. We cook without oil. We still get our fats in food but not all the added oil. We fry eggs and even pancakes without adding any oil at all. We 'season' it maybe once a month. You don't wash it with soap and it cleans up so slick in just a minute or 2. Food tastes better too!
We had been seeing this cookware advertised on TV. We decided to try it to see if it was all it appeared. Ordering it on line as returns, lots of people only wanted the free one, we got the whole set for about half the cost.

To clean cast iron cookware use a dime sized amount of dish washing liquid along with a tablespoon of course salt and a few drops of water (use a damp papertowel or dish cloth). It scrubs thru stuck on particles and is less corrosive than using soap pads. Works on other dishes and cookware as well.
Remove tarnish from copper and brass cookware. Squeeze ketchup onto a cloth and rub it on pots and pans. They should go back to their coppery color in minutes. Rinse with warm water and dry with a towel.
